- I can't reinstall my MediaStudio Pro7 anymore. When I try to reinstall it, the installer shows only 2 options: repair and remove. Neither of them worked for me. How do I fix it?
- This might be an issue with the install shield. Please try to delete the following folders before you reinstall MediaStudio Pro7.

- When I try to import WMA file recorded by Windows Media Player, Video Editor prompts an error message that says "Error on opening file [131077:2:3]? How do I fix it?
- One possible reason is because the WMA file is recorded in copyright protected mode in Windows Media Player. If a WMA file is recorded in this mode, Video Editor cannot import this file into the time line for editing. These kind of files only can be played in Windows Media Player. To record WMA files not in copyright protected mode, please make the following settings in your Windows Media Player:
1) Launch Windows Media Player on your system.
2a) Windows Media Player 7.1: select TOOLS->OPTIONS->COPY MUSIC and uncheck PROTECT CONTENT then click on OK or APPLY.
2b) Windows Media Player 9: select TOOLS->OPTIONS->COPY MUSIC and uncheck COPY PROTECT MUSIC then click on OK or APPLY.
- How do I make a rolling title in video editor 7?
- Please try the following steps to make a rolling title.
Click "Insert title clip" button.
Switch to the "Animation" Tab.
Select the "Fly" animation type.
Select the "Fly11" in the animation gallery.
Note: The preview screen might look a little slow, but the final video doesn't have that issue.
- Why can't I open some .asf and .wmv file in video editor?
- Some asf files can't be opened because they are not editable (without index). All the asf or wmv files created from MediaStudio Pro 7 are editable.
- Why can't I insert Flash .swf files into MediaStudio Pro 7 when the .swf is compressed?
- This is because MediaStudio Pro 7 doesn't support compressed .swf files. Please un-check the compressed option when exporting to .swf in Flash MX to solve this problem.
